It connects the vacuum extruder with the brick splitting and stacking processes, precisely cutting the continuous clay strips produced by the extruder into standard brick blanks. It is suitable for various solid waste brick-making raw materials such as clay, shale, coal gangue, and fly ash, and is compatible with all types of blanks, including standard bricks, perforated bricks, hollow bricks, and blocks. Working Principle:
1. A double stage vacuum extruder extrudes regular, continuous clay strips, which are then conveyed via roller conveyors to the brick cutter's worktable. Photoelectric sensors detect the strip's positioning in real time.
2. A correction device automatically adjusts the strip's position, preventing skew cuts and dimensional deviations.
3. The cutter head performs longitudinal slitting (multiple steel wires equally dividing the strip width) and transverse fixed-length cutting (dividing individual bricks according to their height).
4. After cutting, a pushing mechanism smoothly pushes the entire row of bricks to the slitting table, automatically creating seams, and then conveying them to the brick stacking machine's clamping station.
5. The equipment automatically resets and operates in a cyclical manner, enabling continuous 24-hour production.
